Lord, our God, rich in mercy and mercy, who by your wise Providence guide our lives, hear our prayer, accept repentance for our sins, stop the pernicious plague that befell us, as You still stopped the pernicious plagues among men.

Merciful Savior, protect the health of those who trust in You. Physician of our souls and bodies, give recovery to those who are sick, and bring them out of the bed of sickness and suffering. Deliver people in our city (village, monasteries), in our country and around the world from the devastating plague, from disease and suffering, and teach us to value life and health as Your gifts. Give us, O God, Your peace and fill our hearts with unshakable faith in Your protection, hope for Your support, and love for You and our neighbors.
